Information you choose to send us

You decide what to send. This website has no accounts and does not save what you type into its forms.

• Consultation form: your name, and optionally your email address, preferred arrival and departure dates, and a message.
• Three-step stay guide: your choices about stay type, interests, topics and optional dates stay on the open page only. They are not saved or sent to Goldenland automatically.
• WhatsApp: when you continue to WhatsApp, the prepared draft is passed to WhatsApp. Goldenland receives it only if you press Send. For LINE, you copy the draft and paste it into the chat yourself.
• Email: if you write to us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

When you open the website, some technical information is processed by the services that deliver it:

• Hosting: the website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
• Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics records which pages are viewed, the address of the site that linked to us, your browser and operating system type, and how quickly pages load. It does not use cookies and we do not use it to identify you.
• Page and contact counts: our own counter, also run on Cloudflare, adds one to a daily total for the page you open and the kind of site that sent you (for example Google or Facebook), and when you tap a WhatsApp, LINE or email link it adds one to that channel. It stores only these daily totals. It does not store your IP address, a visitor ID or the content of any message, and it cannot tell whether you actually sent a message.
• Fonts: the fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser information.
• This website does not set cookies, does not save anything in your browser, and does not use advertising or tracking services.

Why we use it

We use the details you send us only to answer your enquiry, arrange your stay, and plan a visit or video call. Visit statistics and page and contact counts help us see which pages are useful.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. WhatsApp, LINE and your email provider handle your messages under their own privacy terms. Cloudflare and Google handle the technical information described above.

How long we keep it

Messages you send us stay in our WhatsApp, LINE or email account for as long as we need them to answer your enquiry and look after your stay. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action the request within a reasonable time.
